The Fashion Council of New Orleans expects all members, participants, collaborators, and official representatives to uphold the highest ethical and professional standards across all council endeavors, public engagements, and industry activities.

Professional Conduct

Respect and Inclusion

Members and participants must behave professionally, responsibly, and respectfully in all FCNO-related interactions and environments.

FCNO is committed to an environment that values dignity, diversity, inclusion, fairness, and mutual respect.

Harassment, Abuse, and Exploitation

Integrity and Ethics

Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, abuse, coercion, retaliation, or exploitation of any kind will not be tolerated.

All members and participants are expected to act honestly, ethically, and in good faith, avoiding fraud, deception, or conduct that harms the organization or others.

Accountability and Compliance

FCNO actively enforces compliance with all established bylaws and standards. Any reported breaches will undergo thorough review, potentially resulting in suspension, termination of membership, or formal administrative action.
